In accordance with the arrangement of the Special Campaign on IPR Protection launched by the State Council and the Special Campaign on the Protection of the Exclusive Right to Use a Registered Trademark launched by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC), the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board under SAIC (TRAB)further strengthened the protection of well-known trademarks. 15 trademarks such as “安吉尔” have been accordingly recognized as well-known trademarks in recent examination, which effectively safeguard the rights and interests of owners of well-known trademarks as well as the market order in respect of fair competition.
